This 28 day challenge was born from a place of welcoming back the whole month of a woman's cycle. Often, it's just the time of menstruation that we give any consideration to our cycle. Our complete cycle is the inner compass to our bodies needs, and a guide to living a more balanced, meaningful connected life.

It's incredible how different I feel post days 1-3 and a rise in Oestrogen! Saturday I was wondering what the hec life was all about, today that seems like a million years ago. I am mindful though not to push too hard....I'm not in my Spring just yet.

Body Statement;  I am strong, my body is has all it needs to be fit and strong.
Grateful; I am grateful for spending the day with my son, just us two today.

 

Flow; On a scale of 1-10 I would say 1.
Emotions; Feeling VERY positive.
Overall Energy; My energy levels are at about 70 percent.

BOLT Score; 13.62 (dipped from yesterday)

Breathwork to Energise and Relax

Instructions:

  • Short sharp breathe through the nose. Inhale - two breaths in, exhale once out (all through the nose) ten times.
  • Breathe in for 4, breathe out for 8, five times.
  • Breath in and out with sigh .
  • Promotes a feeling of being deeply nurtured.
  • Calms the nervous system by activating the Vagus Nerve and Parasympathetic Nervous System
  • Relieves tension
  • As with all deep breathing exercises, the increased flow of oxygen improves the complexion and cleanses the inner organs.
