Returns

• All items are fully refundable if returned within 14 days. 15 days and over a credit note will be provided, that can be redeemed within 365 days.
• Exchanges must be returned to us within 90 days of delivery date. 
• Refund terms starts when the parcel is delivered. 
• All sale items are not subject to refunds. Exchanges are possible if the item is in stock.  Even if the incorrect item has been sent in error, all items needs to be returned to us with 14 days for a refund.
