Breathwork For Feeling Anxious - Box Breathing
Instructions:
- 4 seconds inhale through the nose.
- 4 seconds hold your breath.
- 4 seconds exhale through the nose.
- 4 seconds hold your breath.
This is a powerful breathing practice to do whenever you are feeling anxious or stressed.
